Megastar Chiranjeevi has a series of exciting releases lined up next. The first of these will be ‘Godfather’ which is scheduled to release on October 5th. Mohan Raja has directed this remake of the Malayalam blockbuster ‘Lucifer’. The original starred Mohanlal and Prithviraj played a cameo. In this remake, Salman Khan will play a cameo.
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s next release will be Mega 154 ‘Waltair Veerayya’ directed by KS Ravindra. The film will also co-star Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja in a key role. After this project, the Mega Star has Mehr Ramesh’s Bhola Shankar lined up in April 2023. Bhola Shankar is a remake of the 2015 Tamil superhit Vedalam that starred Ajith and Shruti Haasan.
He will have 3 movies after every 3 months between October ’22 and April ’23 and this update has got the fans very excited.
These films have created great excitement in the market and digital rights have fetched the makers a great amount. Netflix has acquired the rights of Godfather and Waltair Veerayya for fancy sums. While Godfather digital rights have gone for Rs 57 crores, Waltair Veerayya has fetched the makers a solid Rs 50 crores.
